All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 14 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit for that reservation is subject to forfeiture.
